Yes, we are going to creative artists but not with paint this time you will be using fabric and threads.
As we will be using sewing machines some basic knowledge of how to use a sewing machine is preferred.
Your sample piece can be in the style of abstract or pictorial it’s your choice as textiles art comes in many different styles.
There will be as ever an amazing selection of fabric and threads to choose from for to create your sampler. This is just the beginning and once you have an idea for how to experiment and build on this groundwork knowledge you can make some amazing pieces.
From Small to Large Wall Artto more practical items such as throws and even a piece of clothing.
All welcome however must be age suitable for children as we will be using a sewing machine. Some basic knowledge of how to use a sewing machine is preferred (Please discuss with Tutor when booking)
