• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Because handmade items are crafted individually, slight variations in colour, texture, or size may occur.

3. Price and Payment

• Prices are stated in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 4 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. (This subject to Payment funds being cleared)

• Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Must be returned in good condition

• To cancel, notify us at aztecthreads@yahoo.co.uk. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) in their original, unused condition.

• Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

• If goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, text, and content on azteckreativestudio.co.uk remain the intellectual property of Aztec Kreative Studio.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our products or images without our express written permission. [1, 2]

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchase

• These Products once purchased are NON REFUNDABLE

Attendance courses Classes and Workshops

• Can be cancelled by us under certain circumstances and in these cases you will be given a full refund. You will be notified by email of the cancelation and when you will receive your refund.
